💥Introducing the newest member of the M and N Complete Rehab Team 💥

Viljee is a dedicated physiotherapist who, together with his wife, has recently relocated to Whanganui from South Africa. He completed his undergraduate physiotherapy degree in 2015 and went on to earn a postgraduate Master’s in Exercise and Sport Physiotherapy in 2024. 💪🏼

He has a strong background in orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with particular expertise in sports injuries and post-operative knee rehabilitation. Viljee also has experience managing complex cases and chronic pain, taking a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to support long-term recovery and performance.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active through running, trail running, cycling, and golf. He has completed multiple marathons as well as two 56km ultramarathon events, reflecting his genuine passion for movement and an active lifestyle 🏃

Our clinic will be closed next week in observance with ANZAC Day on the 27th of April (Observing ANZAC Day from the 25th).

Our team will be taking a well-deserved break for Good Friday and Easter Monday. Everyone will be back in the clinic from 8:30 on Tuesday the 7th of April.

Our team will then be out of the clinic on the 25th of April for ANZAC Day returning on Monday the 28th of April. ‼

Three sleeps till Christmas! Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to be running on reduced clinic hours and staff numbers. We will be observing the stat days (closed Christmas, Boxing day, New Year's, and Day after New Year's) 🎅🏻

We wish everyone and their families a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. We hope everyone has a happy Holidays surrounded by those that they love ❤

On Friday the 21st, our staff had a lovely Christmas lunch out at the local restaurant La Qila to celebrate a year of hard work 🥳 Many amazing gifts were unwrapped, stories told, and yummy food eaten!

Over the weekend Dylan and Gloria attended the annual Marist Football tournament in Whanganui offering massage and strapping services to the athletes competing ⚽
