📢 Meeting Update

Kia ora!

Just a quick heads-up that our neuro spicy meeting planned for this Thursday (23rd October) has been cancelled due to the teacher strike, as we know many parents will have kids at home.

We’ll catch up instead on Thursday 6th November, 1:00–2:30pm at Whatever on Drews Ave. ☕
A reminder will go out closer to the date.

Thanks for your understanding- we’re looking forward to seeing you all soon! 💛

🌙 Mental Health Awareness Week Reminder 🌙

Sleep and screen time can seriously affect how we feel- more than we sometimes realise. 😴📱

Try giving yourself a proper break from your phone before bed, and aim for a good night’s sleep. Rest helps your brain recharge, manage stress, and keep your mood steady. 🤗

Even small changes, like setting your phone aside 30 minutes before sleeping or creating a calming night routine, can make a huge difference. 🌌

You deserve rest. Let your mind slow down- the messages and notifications can wait till tomorrow. 💫

🍓 Mental Health Awareness Week Reminder 🍓

What you eat can really impact how you feel- inside and out. 🥗

Try to fuel your body with food that gives you energy and makes you feel good, not guilty. Even small things like having regular meals, drinking enough water, and adding some fruit or veggies to your day can help boost your mood and focus. 💪

Be kind to yourself- eating well isn’t about perfection, it’s about nourishing yourself while you wait for the support you deserve. 💖

☀️ Mental Health Awareness Week Reminder ☀️

Sometimes the simplest things can make the biggest difference- like stepping outside for a bit of sunshine and fresh air. 🌿

Moving your body, going for a walk, or just taking a moment in nature can help lift your mood and clear your mind. You don’t have to do anything intense- small steps still count. 💛

Take time for yourself, breathe, and remember: you’re worth showing up for. 🌻

💗 Mental Health Awareness Week Reminder 💗

Waiting for counselling or support can feel really tough- but you don’t have to do it alone. 💬

Reach out to your friends, whānau, or someone you trust. Sometimes just talking, spending time together, or doing something small that makes you smile can make a big difference. 🌈

Remember: asking for help isn’t weakness- it’s strength. 💪

Keep checking in on yourself and on the people around you. Support is out there, and you deserve it. 🤍

💚 Mental Health Awareness Week | Oct 6–12 💚

This year’s theme “Top Up Together” is all about refilling your mental health tank. We all run low sometimes, and that’s totally normal- what matters is how we top back up.

Hang out with your mates, get outside, listen to music, draw, laugh, rest- whatever helps you feel good. And don’t forget to check in on your friends too- a simple “how are you really doing?” can mean a lot. 🫶

Let’s look after ourselves and each other. 💫
