There’s something gentle and powerful about connection 〰️ with ourselves, with others and with the world around us. When we take the time to fill our cup even in small ways, we carry more ease, presence and care into our days.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme is “Top Up Together”
A little reminder that wellbeing blossoms in shared moments - in slowing down, breathing, moving and simply being together. Connection nourishes us, and through it, we find belonging, purpose and support.
I’m always so grateful for the community we’ve created. Our sanctuary is our safe space to nurture our wellbeing, to show up for ourselves, and to hold space for one another ♡
In honour of the week, I’m offering 10% off all class passes until Sunday, 12 October. Just use code TOGETHER at checkout and your discount will be added directly to your cart x
•••
I’m also giving away 2 x 5 class passes - one for you + one for a friend. Every time you attend a class this week, you’ll be entered into the draw.
The more classes you come to, the more chances you have to win!
The winner will be notified via email on Sunday, 12 September 2025.
I’m always looking forward to seeing you on the mat ☼☽
As part of my continuing education, I’m offering a FREE yin + yang yoga class this Tuesday at 9:30am ♡
This practice blends the energetic flow of yang with the quiet stillness of yin (from a trauma informed lens) 〰️ moving through a gentle vinyāsa to build heat, strength and mobility, then slowing into longer, meditative holds to release tension and invite calm. It’s a safe, supportive space to breathe, stretch, and find balance in your body + mind x
NOTE: this class will be recorded for myself + my tutor only. Bookings are essential and please only book if you’re comfortable with being recorded x
Trauma Informed Yoga for ACC Sensitive Claims clients 〰️ a practice that feels close to my heart and something I’ve been wanting to share for a long time.
I’ll be joined by Lisa Chaplow ~ Counsellor and Certified Hakomi Somatic Therapist, bringing her warmth and experience to hold this space alongside me.
This is a gentle invitation to move at your own pace, reconnect with your body, and explore presence in your own way. Each movement is simply an option, guided with care + respect.
These sessions are for women 18+ with an existing ACC sensitive claim, who are currently working with an ACC registered therapist. The space is held safely and respectfully, honouring your privacy and choice throughout.
If this feels like it may support you, I’d love to share more x

Another beautiful weekend of yoga + conscious connection 〰️ thank you for sharing space, breath + stillness with me. learning to embrace santosha. that deep contentment and ease that arises when we accept the present moment exactly as it is. it’s in this quiet joy of simply being here + fully present, that we find peace, balance and a gentle opening of the heart. i’m so grateful x

Yoga started for me at my very own home, in the lounge to YouTube videos. I had heard all about the physical and mental benefits of yoga and I was surprised that it was the spiritual side of the traditional practice that fuelled my fire and took my practice a little deeper.
Mostly self taught and eager to learn, I took myself to Rishikesh, India to complete my Yoga Teacher Training. Although I went only with the intention to deepen my own spiritual practice, I surprised myself again and decided that I wanted to share what I have learned and to start teaching.
For years I felt out of my comfort zone attending public yoga classes. Yoga has taught me to turn my fear into faith and I want to help others to do the same.
Yogabee started for me teaching private classes from home and has organically grown into what it is today. I now have more space and more opportunity to share my classes with more people.
My Yogabee Studio is a safe little sanctuary in the heart of Whanganui for you to get comfortable with the movement and the breath in a friendly and non-judgemental space. Whether you are a beginner Yogi or have been practising for years, there is a little something for everyone.
I also offer private classes that are created and tailored just for you and you’ll have the whole studio to yourself (and a couple of friends if you wish) to dive right in to your practise.
Yoga is a personal practice and it is most important to feel comfortable and calm in your class. My intention is to offer a friendly, fun and non-judgemental practice for my students letting go of any expectation as we move and breathe together.
Forever a student, I wish to learn more from my students from every class.
