A Thai Herbal Compress, also known as Luk Pra Kob (ลูกประคบ), is a traditional Thai healing therapy that uses a heated ball of herbs to soothe muscle pain, promote relaxation, and improve circulation.

🌿 What Is a Thai Herbal Compress?
It’s a cloth bundle filled with a blend of therapeutic Thai herbs, typically including:

➡️Lemongrass – antiseptic and uplifting

➡️Turmeric – anti-inflammatory and antioxidant

➡️Kaffir lime – cleansing and stimulating

➡️Ginger or galangal – warming and muscle-relaxing

➡️Camphor and eucalyptus – cooling and decongestant

These herbs are wrapped tightly in muslin or cotton and steamed before application.
