Good morning all,
I am looking at starting a fast walking and/or running group around the Milldale area this month.
This would be more of a social group for keeping fit and meeting new people.
I myself am a runner and always see other runners or people walking at a good pace around the area.
Possibly meeting up by the shops and going from there once or twice a week and finishing with a good coffee!
