How to run the 2.4km in the time you need to get the points you need…. The 2.4km run is the main reason people fail the PAT test. A large number of people who fail is simply because they start too fast and burn out before finishing within the time required. Remember to set realistic targets - if you are new to running then just being able to run the 2.4km without stopping (or with limited ‘recovery’ points) is a great target. Fitness Trainers are here to help, so contact us anytime for advice, training programmes or one to one training sessions.
