WELL!! Here we are. Christmas time again. So firstly to one and all a merry and Healthy festive season.
As I have now come to the end of my time with Club Physical. I’d like to thank all those I have worked with over the years and for all those loyal clients that stuck with me over and especially the last few years I thank you. It’s been fun. Over a 40 year career in the wellness industry I have spent a good part of 20+ years teaching at this Club in all parts of Auckland and finishing on the Coast. Time for a new Chapter. So watch this space. Always grateful to Paul and Tina Richards for their support during all these years. The best to you both❤️

"Barely the day started and
it's already six in the evening.
Barely arrived on Monday
and it's already Friday.. and the month is already over.. and the year is almost over.. and already 40, 50 or 60 years
of our lives have passed. . and we realize that we lost
our parents, friends.. and we realize it's too late
to go back.
So.. Let's try, despite
everything, to enjoy
the remaining time.
Let's keep looking for
activities that we like.
Let's put some color in
our grey.
Let's smile at the little
things in life that put
balm in our hearts.
And despite everything,
we must continue to enjoy
with serenity this time we
have left.
Let's try to eliminate the
afters..
I'm doing it after.
I'll say after.
I'll think about it after.
We leave everything for
later like ′′ after ′′ is ours.
Because what we don't
understand is that:
Afterwards, the coffee
gets cold.
afterwards, priorities change.
Afterwards, the charm is
broken.
Afterwards, health passes.
Afterwards, the kids grow up.
Afterwards parents get old.
Afterwards, promises are
forgotten.
Afterwards, the day becomes
the night.
Afterwards, life ends.
And then it's often too late.
So.. Let's leave nothing for
later.
Because still waiting to see
later, we can lose the
best moments, the best
experiences, best friends,
the best family.
The day is today. The
moment is now.
We are no longer at the
age where we can afford
to postpone what needs

THOUGHT FOR TODAY: 10 Facts Every Woman Should Know~~
1. Everyone has rolls when they bend over.

2. When someone tells you that you're beautiful, believe them. They aren't lying.

3. Sometimes we all wake up with breath that could kill a goat.

4. For every woman unhappy with her stretch marks is another woman who wishes she had them.

5. You should definitely have more confidence. And if you saw yourself the way others see you, you would.

6. Don't look for a man to save you. Be able to save yourself.

7. It's okay to not love every part of your body....but you should.

8. We all have that one friend who seems to have it all together. That woman with the seemingly perfect life. Well, you might be that woman to someone else.

9. You should be a priority. Not an option, a last resort, or a backup plan.

10. You're a woman. That alone makes you pretty damn remarkable.~

Hey there team. This week. Low tide perfect for the following workout.
*Sprint 20 seconds. Walk 10 second. Repeat 8x*
Follow with 10 push ups. 10 squats. 10 sit ups. 10 walking lunges. 1 minute plank hold.
Repeat * ~*
Follow with 20 push ups. 20 squats. 20 sit ups. 20 walking lunges. 2 minute plank hold

Keep repeating the above workout and carry on as long as you can keep going. Going to 30 - 40 - 50 repetitions in the resistance section.

Once again in lockdown. 😩. Sorry. No Massage. Can’t do our Pilates or Circuits. No one on one Personal Training. 🏋️‍♂️. Rest. Walk. Run. Cycle. Stretch. 🚶🏾‍♂️🏃🕺🏼🧘‍♀️. Back to normal soon I’m sure. Miss you already
