Working long hours and experiencing headaches that just won’t quit? This might be why…
Many persistent headaches aren’t just caused by stress or dehydration — poor posture is often to blame. Sitting for long periods with your head forward or shoulders rounded strains neck and upper back muscles, putting pressure on nerves that lead to your head.
To help prevent this:
Keep your screen at eye level.
Adjust your chair so your hips are slightly above your knees and feet flat on the floor.
Take posture breaks every 45–60 minutes or switch between sitting and standing.
