Massage therapy is soft tissue manipulation. It aims at relaxing the body and easing the mind. It can also be beneficial at reducing long term muscle aches and pains.
My name is Mayumi and I am originally from Japan. Tsubaki means Camellia in Japanese, which is used for hedges around houses to remove negative vibes and promote relaxation.
I use traditional Swedish massage for relaxation and I am specialized in therapeutic massage for pain management and sports massage for injury prevention. Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, muscle stretching are some of the techniques I use to help you recover and keep you moving right.
