During pregnancy, birth and early motherhood a woman goes through the most dramatic physical and emotional changes. We are passionate about the benefits of a positive nurturing touch, celebrating and supporting women as they go through the journey of bringing in new life. Benefits include; releasing discomfort of joint and muscle loading, postural imbalances, improved breathing, decreases cortisol levels in the mother and therefore baby, and can help with anxiety and changes in mood. BCST – Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is gentle, efficient, non-invasive and safe. The treatment is performed on a massage table, its focus on supporting the whole health of the being, especially the nervous system.
