M3’s Kieran steps into the role of Head Physiotherapist for Northland Rugby Union’s 2025 NPC campaign, following a standout year as Assistant Physio in 2024. With a strong foundation in high-performance sport and a sharp eye for injury prevention and rehab, he brings leadership, innovation, and deep understanding of the demands of rugby.

Having worked closely with the squad last season, Kieran is well-placed to lead the medical and recovery strategy for the team, overseeing everything from acute injury management to long-term player development and return-to-play protocols. We welcome Sam to the M3 Team. Sam thrives on building strong relationships with his patients and helping them push towards their goals. He holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and has spent the past few years working in rugby environments, where he developed sharp clinical reasoning and a creative approach to rehabilitation.

Currently, Sam is on an 12-week locum role with both M3 and the Northland Rugby Union, working as the NPC Assistant Physiotherapist and leading the Academy and High Performance Program.

He enjoys all aspects of sports physiotherapy, with a particular interest in upper limb injuries and exercise-based rehab. Sam is passionate about helping people move better and stronger, using tailored programs to guide recovery and performance.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find him staying active – whether he’s running in the hills, lifting weights, or exploring the outdoors.
