Last year Kotuku Fit had a brand & name change to Sharyne Lewis moves to incorporate my coaching in dance and the arts. This KF page will still be updated from time to time. The focus of the rebrand was to weave the three major sectors I work across in: Health and fitness/ yoga and performing arts/ visual arts. The scope of my work as a movement coach and artist includes personal training, weights, calisthenics, Functional fitness, rehabilitation and specialized movement coaching in yoga, dance and for complex conditions/ injuries and pre/post surgery recovery.
Movement Coaching is much more than just a fitness approach it includes all aspects of you, in mind, body and spirit to include the way we move and how we express ourselves in the world.

Calling Adults for a Contemporary Dance Block Course?

Learn to move with confidence, fluidity, grace, strength, and style?

In this six-week Contemporary Dance Course you will learn dance technique, sequences, floor work, traveling, jumping/ landing, and introduction to performance skills. This is a welcoming, safe space where everyone is welcome and warmly encouraged to try new things.

COURSE DETAILS:

Every Thursdays: 7pm (prompt start)- 9pm Finish

DATES: 22nd Feb- 28th March

Level: Suitable for beginners- intermediate

Block course $180 for x6 classes.

Limited spaces available: 12.

Location: Whangarei town basin, Yvy Dance Studio,- T&A Collective

119 Lower Dent Street. ( in a brand new dance studio).
