10kg down. 12 months of consistency. CONSISTENCY WINS EVERY-TIME 👏🏼

No shortcuts.
No extremes.
Just created good habits that were done well.

Jason’s goals were simple:
✔ Increase longevity
✔ Get stronger
✔ Improve body composition

The result?

He’s leaner, stronger and moving like he’s 5–10 years younger 🏋🏼

GOAL SETTING ✨

Setting goals is important because they give your actions purpose and direction.
Without goals, you’re just hoping for a result..

It’s like trying to get somewhere you’ve never been without Google Maps, you might get there, but it probably won’t be the fastest or most accurate route, or you might get lost and go backwards 😅

Let’s prevent that from happening by creating a clear road map for your success 📍

Here’s how to set goals the SMART way:
• Be clear on what you want
• Make them realistic and measurable (with a coach, an app, photos, weigh-ins, or measurements)
• Set a clear timeline
• Focus on the habits that will get you there

For example, with structured training and nutrition targets the average fat loss rate is around 250g-750g per week. So If your goal is to lose 2kg, give yourself a minimum of 4–8 weeks.

Shift your focus from perfection to consistency. Build habits that support your goal… small, repeatable actions done regularly 🔥

Clear goals create focus.
Consistent action creates results. 💪🏼
