I'm just printing out the courier labels for this afternoon's orders, and I love the note that a customer added for delivery info - "Hi Sue – message me on the day and I can be there to help you unload!"

They obviously know their driver well, and don't mind helping unload those heavy parcels!

Today is a Friday. But it's not a Black Friday!

But yes, we will be running a Black Friday special this year.

As you'll know, if you're a regular customer of ours, we keep our prices as low as we can throughout the year, so we can't do the big flashy sales that the chain stores can pull off.

But we do like to recognise and thank you for your support of our small business by offering deals when we can.

We've already run our final storewide sale of the year, so the upcoming deal will be on our small gift-sized tubs and our magnesium oil sprays only.
