Fantastic weekend of learning and upskilling for 3 of the Freshstart team. Amazing to have Alex Lopes and Melissa Smith from Pelvic Health Melbourne here in NZ and to tap into their fantastic skills and knowledge for pelvic, tailbone and sacroiliac pain.

Back in Rarotonga now. Helped with a Midwives Suturing Workshop. Not the stitching! 😀 But information on ways to reduce the risk of tears and then postnatal care.
So awesome that the fabulous gynaecologist I work with also agrees this is important and included me in the teaching.
What a great bunch of midwives and medical students on the course.
