❤️ I help professionals release trauma & grief so they can live, love and lead with confidence again My journey in healthcare started when I began studying to become a medical doctor right out of high school. After the first year I was uninspired to continue and decided to change to chiropractic after its philosophy of natural healing caught my attention. Seeing that people can be helped without drugs and surgery was a breath of fresh air. After five years of study at university and then practicing chiropractic for four years. Like most people, I had never heard of the practice, but events were unmistakably guiding me to it. I signed up for a ConTact C.A.R.E course in early 2016, and it made so much sense and came so naturally to me that I knew within the first hour that it would become my primary modality. After that first course, I never really practiced chiropractic again because my patients were having such profound healing responses. When I began using Flinchlock release, I noticed that my clients spines began to adjust themselves without me applying any manual adjustments or manipulations. Not only did the spine adjust itself, but the body held itself better than ever before. I realised that the body (in its entirety) compensates for past impacts that are still held in the body. Like they say, “The body keeps the score,” and it turns out that bone contain a huge piece of the puzzle. The body already has all the intelligence to heal and thrive. We just need to find out what's in the way of its potential and Flinchlocks are a big one. Through my personal experiences and client transformations, sharing ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release with people has now become one of my main priorities along with vitalistic healing principles. My personal belief is that something can always be done, it's never too late and your never too far gone to be helped.

Things you didn’t know about me that shaped who I am today…

1️⃣ My brother and I were born on the same day 🎂
He’s 3 years younger and the tanned one while I’m the white one 😂 Dad’s Māori, Mum’s white like me. Sharing birthdays was epic — big parties, double excitement, and the chaos when he blew out my candles. We grew up doing everything together and he’s still one of my closest mates.
Lesson: Family bonds shape you more than you realise.

2️⃣ I studied pre-med to be a Doctor 👨‍⚕️
But it didn’t feel aligned, so I switched to Chiropractic. Having Dr Bruce Lipton lecture us changed how I saw healing. I learned the body can heal naturally and powerfully.
Lesson: Follow alignment. Your path can evolve.

3️⃣ I became “The Travelling Healer” in 2017 ✈️🌿
I sold everything and travelled to Brazil and Peru to learn from healers. I visited John of God, had Ayahuasca, and went deep into my journey.
Then a car accident gave me a bad concussion and ended everything. I was useless for 6–12 months, and it took 2 years to get back into full-time work. It was confronting, but I rebuilt myself.
Lesson: Rock bottom isn’t final. Ask for help and keep going.

4️⃣ I love Drum & Bass + DJing 🎧🥳
My brother and I started FutureType in 2009 and said, “We’ll DJ with Camo & Krooked.” We hustled, built our name, and in 2018 I DJ’d right after them in Auckland. We still play today.
Lesson: Bold goals + consistency + good energy open doors.

5️⃣ I found my purpose in Neuro-Transformation Therapy 🦁
The shifts NTT created for me were huge — releasing trauma and limiting beliefs. Seeing others transform through this work became deeply meaningful.
Lesson: Everyone carries something. Compassion matters.

We choose whether our experiences hold us back or shape us into someone stronger.
I’m grateful for every lesson — and excited for the magic ahead. ✨

No one can rescue you but you.
Only you can heal you. ❤️

The very first step in true healing is the moment you decide “enough’s enough.”
Enough carrying the trauma.

In today’s world, we’re taught to rely on doctors, medications, healers, or even family and friends to "fix us". But real healing doesn’t happen from the outside. Those things can support you, yes - but they can’t do the inner work for you.

Most people’s strategies only help them manage their emotions and trauma… to keep the pain at bay, to minimise its effects. But that’s not the same as healing.

True healing is an inner shift.
It’s going to the root.
It’s releasing the emotional charge, the meaning you attached, and reconnecting to the truth of who you really are 🌟

That you are enough.
You are worthy of love.
And you always have been ✨

Yahoo!!! 🥳 Back in Sydney & I just completed Masters!

I’m now officially a Master Coach of Neuro Transformation Therapy™ 🙌

It’s the first time in a long time I’m excited about life again 🌟

The NTT Practitioner course in July brought up and released years of hidden emotion – resentment, anger, sadness. My self-talk was brutal. Deep down I believed “I’m a failure.” After the car accident in 2017, a failed business, my son’s birth trauma and then my marriage ending a week later… I hit rock bottom. I lost my spark and moved north to hide, and survive.

I finally got to the point where I didn't want to live like this anymore... And came across Luke and NTT. I said, “F**k it. I’m going to Sydney to get over my s**t, so I can get on with s**t.” And that's exactly what happened, I got my life back ❤️

🔥 Just. Fu***ng. Do it. 🔥

If you're stuck… just getting by… low energy… feeling lost, no purpose, no real drive…

💥 We unconsciously seek out partners who mirror the traits we haven’t healed from our parents or caregivers.
Not to punish us…
But in a deeper attempt to resolve what was left unresolved.

Until we integrate these suppressed parts — the ones we labelled “not lovable”, “too much”, “not enough”, “unsafe to express” —
we keep entering connections that trigger the same wounds.
Same pattern. Different face.

When will I just stop beating myself up? 😤

Real talk… 🤍

You won’t…
until you decide you’re done being the one who keeps hurting you.

For almost three years, I lived trapped in my own mind.

❌ Calling myself a failure
❌ Hiding in shame
❌ Avoiding people so they wouldn’t see how far I’d fallen

I didn’t want anyone to see the guilt, the grief, the mess — the mistakes.
I punished myself daily.

And none of it came out of nowhere.

In one week, everything changed:

👶 My son was born with a traumatic birth injury
💔 I separated from my wife

The pain was overwhelming.
I didn't process it — I buried it.

And what you bury…
👉 becomes the voice that attacks you from the inside.

That pain turned into beliefs like:

“I’m a failure.”
“I’m ugly.”
“I don’t deserve love, success, or an amazing relationship.”
“I deserve to suffer.”

I lived like those were facts.

They weren’t facts — they were wounds.

🧠 Wounds from childhood
💥 Wounds from trauma
⛓️ Wounds from moments I never learned how to heal

And they were silently sabotaging me — my confidence, my happiness, my direction in life.
