We wanted to give you a heads up 💚
From Monday the 9th of February, our service prices will be increasing by $5.
We know – it sucks. And genuinely, this wasn’t a decision we made lightly. We’ve done everything we can behind the scenes to absorb rising costs and keep things accessible, but at this point we can’t continue to operate sustainably without a small increase.
What isn’t changing:
• We’ll still be offering the Community Services Card discount
• ACC partial coverage & Easy Claim remain available for tinana services
• Afterpay is still an option
• Some services may be eligible for EAP funding
We’re still committed to providing quality, values-led care – and to keeping our doors open for our community long term. Thank you for understanding, and for continuing to support local healthcare 🤍
