They say it takes a village and it truly does! This week I have had to ask for extra help (something I find hard to do) but I have honestly been really stretched. Staff, family and friends have been amazing support which is so appreciated. I have always said this is not something I can do alone so Thank you! Tonight we finished the week with a fundraiser thanks to who sponsored the X race so lovely that every year they chose us to cook the BBQ to raise money for Kindhands.

This week some of our Tamariki went on a trip to Kiwi North in Maunu. They learned about Kiwi birds, Weta, Skinks and lots more, some of the children were even brave enough to touch them! 🦗🦎🪳😮
We are so lucky to have an amazing facility in Whangarei that supports our diverse learners, thank you to all the staff for welcoming Kind Hands 🥰 and thank you to all our Kaiako and Caregivers that accompanied the children
