Melissa Thompson leads Yoga and Fitness Fusion sessions, drawing on her extensive experience to guide you toward balance and strength. Seonaid Lyons returns with her insightful Soma Yoga classes, informed by her comprehensive training in Yoga and related modalities. Kim Simpson offers Reiki Level 1 and Chakra Balance and Healing, sharing her expertise as a qualified Reiki Master Healer and Teacher, and Chakra Balance coach. I hope you're all enjoying the change in seasons and looking forward to some warmer weather ahead!

Just a quick update that the **Term 4 Course Guide** is nearly ready and will be published in just a few more days, hoping to be out in circulation mid-to-late next week. Keep an eye out for this cover when it drops!

It’s been a busy time for everyone, and I’m doing my best to get it out to you as soon as possible. I’ll post another update here on Facebook and also on the website once it’s live.
