LET'S TALK RESEARCH 📚
Current research shows that chiropractic care may help reduce the frequency, duration, and intensity of some headaches, including migraines and cervicogenic headaches.
What do these headaches look like?
Migraines are often more intense headaches, sometimes with throbbing pain, light/sound sensitivity, or nausea.
Cervicogenic headaches actually start from tension or dysfunction in the neck.
Studies have found that after a period of chiropractic care:
• 50% of people experienced fewer migraines
• Some had their migraines almost completely resolve
• People with neck-related headaches showed greater improvement compared to other modalities
While results can vary between individuals, current evidence indicates that for many people, chiropractic care can make a real difference!
