I had the privilege of going to the 'babyballet' concert yesterday, featuring my 4-year old great granddaughter, Nancy. Very well done, Nancy!

We are planning to continue with yoga classes until Thursday 18 December and restart on Monday 2 February 2026 (before Waitangi day, for a change!) We will see how everything goes. 🧘‍♂️

😍We use this concession card as Whangarei City YOGA is the city part of Shraddha Yoga and Meditation. 3 classes each week of 75 mins at St John's Church Centre, Kensington: Tuesday and Thursday at 10am, Tues at 5.15pm (evening session also on Zoom).

Wednesday 9am is in the Bowie Room at the Old Library (also on Zoom). Hatha Yoga & Pranayama Wednesday 9am CITY YOGA.

Yoga is so good for us in so many ways on all levels - physical, mental, emotional ... improve your basic flexibility and mobility (getting better at balancing can be a positive offshoot of that too), get stronger and more toned (also helps with balancing), improve your breath capacity, be more aware (focus definitely contributes to being able to balance more successfully), be more stress-free and relaxed ...🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️😊🧡💛
