Hatha yoga & yoga nidra Our main overarching organization is Shraddha Yoga and Meditation, a registered charity in NZ. As we have three yoga classes a week during school terms in the hall at St John's Church Centre, 145-149 Kamo Rd, Kensington, Whangārei, we started the page called

Whangarei City YOGA, or Whangārei City Yoga, to promote these. It is at Studio Paradise, 79 Walton St, Whangārei Central. Come join our classes! More may eventuate in the future. 🕉️

Another week of yoga to come next week ... we are still trying to build our newest class Hatha Yoga and Pranayama on Wednesday at 9am for 75 minutes at Paradise Rizing Studios, Studio Paradise Cafe & Boutique, Media & Events, 79 Walton St (above Putiputi Ra) ... so do join us there if you can. Rishi Iyer Shraddha Yoga and Meditation Rishi Iyer - Music Anandaradha Radhe Our Indian ‘Summer’ with Radhe and Rishi Whangarei City YOGA 😀 And the 5-class card is on special for this class @$50 (instead of $70).

And you can bring a friend for free. $10 for you if it's your first time with us. So it's basically $5 each if you come with friend/partner.

After that, get an 11-class card that has no expiry date to keep the class rate at $10. ☺️
