I'm covering for Dee Matarangi Yoga at The Dunes Golf & Community Club Matarangi tomorrow TUES 5pm YIN and Weds 9am CLASSICAL.

And SAVE THE DATE = 10am-3pm Sunday 24 September. Yoga workshop at the Kuaotunu Hall.

Dee and I will be presenting 'THE 5 VAYUS" - Come and learn some poses and techniques to enhance all your body functions.

YIN, RESTORATIVE and HATHA yoga sessions. All focused on moving the VAYUS in the body. $75 p/p. Message me if you want to book a space.
