BROGA – New 6 Week Block Starting

We’ve just wrapped up our first 6-week Broga block and it’s been great to see the progress the guys have made — stronger, more mobile, and moving better week to week.

So we’re rolling straight into another 6-week block starting Thursday 26th March.

Broga focuses on:
• Strength and stability
• Hip, shoulder and spine mobility
• Practical yoga that supports work, sport and everyday life

It’s structured, progressive, and designed for real bodies — whether you’re completely new to yoga or just need something to balance out work, training, or old injuries.

Great to see a solid group building already and always good to welcome a few new guys along as well.

Starts this week 💪
We were set to begin last week, but weather had other plans — so we’re kicking things off this week instead.
I’m genuinely excited to welcome some new guys onto the course. Broga is about building strength, mobility, and confidence in your body in a way that makes sense — no pretzel poses, no ego, no pressure to “perform”.
Over the 6 weeks we’ll work with: • Functional strength
• Joint stability
• Hips, shoulders, and spine mobility
• Smart, practical yoga that supports work, sport, and everyday life
The block format means progression — you’ll feel the difference week to week.
Great if you’re: • New to yoga
• Tight, sore, or managing old injuries
• Wanting a structured, no-nonsense approach to moving better
Led by Steph, with extensive experience working with injuries and rehab — so you’re supported properly from day one.
