We’re proud to introduce a highly experienced, Master ’s-qualified physiotherapist who will be working from our space as an independent practitioner.

With a background in Integrated Physiology and over six years running his own clinic, he helps people—from athletes to everyday individuals—move better through a unique, hands-on approach that goes beyond conventional physiotherapy.

What truly sets him apart is his journey. After experiencing a severe spinal injury himself—including years of unsuccessful treatments and a long period where he couldn’t walk—he became driven to find an approach that actually delivers results.

His work now focuses on: ✔️ Restoring optimal biomechanics ✔️ Hands-on manual therapy✔️ Targeted movement retraining ✔️ Strength and stability programming

He will be operating his own business from within Dynamic Health, bringing a fresh and highly results-driven approach to our community.
If you’ve been feeling stuck with ongoing pain or not getting the results you need, this could be the next step forward.

Dry Needling for Musculoskeletal Pain

Dry needling helps reduce pain, release tight or overactive muscles, and restore healthy movement by targeting myofascial trigger points with fine, sterile needles.

✔️ Improve mobility
✔️ Calm stubborn muscle irritation
✔️ Enhance the effectiveness of your rehab or exercise programme

If you’re dealing with persistent muscle or joint pain, dry needling may help you feel and function better.

What Actually Happens During Dry Needling? 🤔

Dry needling creates a series of natural responses in the body. Here are the four key mechanisms:

1️⃣ Segmental Distribution Response

Needling stimulates nerves that share the same spinal segment as the painful area.
This helps the spinal cord dampen pain signals, reduce muscle guarding, and create a more relaxed movement pattern.

2️⃣ Immune & Inflammatory Response

Dry needling creates a healthy, therapeutic inflammatory response.
This boosts blood flow, encourages tissue repair, clears out irritants, and helps calm chronically tight or overloaded muscles.

3️⃣ Neuromuscular Reset (Acetylcholine Response)

Overactive trigger points release too much acetylcholine, causing constant contraction.
A needle disrupts this cycle, reduces excessive ACh release, and often triggers a “twitch”—
followed by improved muscle relaxation and better oxygenation.

✨ Scar Tissue Release at Dynamic Health ✨

Scar tissue forms as your body heals, but over time it can remodel into a disorganised mesh that can restrict surrounding tissues—affecting movement, comfort, and function.

At Dynamic Health, we use a specialised Scar Tissue Release technique, a gentle form of myofascial release that helps lift, soften, and unstick the scar from the layers beneath it. This restores glide between your skin, fascia, and muscles so your body can move freely again. Even 20-year-old scars can be manually manipulated, helping restore freedom of movement.

We commonly treat:
✔️ Caesarean scars
✔️ Mastectomy & breast surgery scars
✔️ Burn scars
✔️ Surgical scars of all kinds

Please note: This treatment is focused on improving movement, comfort, and function. It does not support cosmetic changes and is unlikely to significantly alter the appearance of your scar.

If your scar feels tight, uncomfortable, or restricted—this treatment can help restore function and ease.

✨ Book in to experience the difference.

✨Myofascial Release Therapy ✨

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with your fascia—the connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, joint, and organ. Inspired by Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains, MFR views the body as one connected system. If one area is tight, it can affect the whole body… just like taking a pole out of a tent!

Fascia is full of receptors that sense pressure, stretch, and movement. It’s a system of collagen and elastin fibres suspended in a mucousy gel that binds with interstitial (intercellular) fluid. This fascial network is closely aligned with the lymphatic system and the white blood cells of the immune system, and it acts like a tunnel system for blood, lymph, and hydration. When fascia becomes tight or sticky, muscles can’t glide properly, leading to stiffness, discomfort, and persistent pain.

How it Works:
No oils. No waxes. Just slow, steady pressure and gentle stretching along the fascial lines to create space between the layers of fascia and muscle—so your muscles can contract and relax without feeling stuck in a spiderweb.

Who It Helps:
✔️ Chronic tightness
✔️ Postural strain
✔️ Reduced mobility
✔️ Persistent or recurring pain
✔️ Digestive complaints
✔️ Athletes and active individuals
✔️ Stress-related tension

If you feel tight, restricted, or “stuck,” MFR can help restore smooth, comfortable movement from the inside out.
