Ive been guided twice lately (usually in the middle of the night) to bless my water. And how powerful this is.
It’s something I forget to do but this week have made a concerted effort. It keeps growing in strength each time now.

The energy that comes through with all my treatments has been increasing over the years. It’s beautiful and powerful shifting not only physical aches and pains, but working on so many levels we have no idea exist. It is common place for people to leave lighter and happier having sometimes significant shifts that are life changing.
The energy work and energy healing treatments in particular amplify these shifts although they are present in each treatment regardless.

Everyone in the South Island is Vit D deficient. After speaking with 3 GP’s, they all confirmed, that even if we sunbathed naked everyday, we still wouldn’t get enough. Geographically we are too far from the equator to get the VitD required for our bodies health.

Vit D is essential in winter months to help keep your mood and immune system in good health.
Ideally we need 4000 units per day.

GP’s often prescribe strong Vit D that you take monthly. An option to discuss with them if youre not wanting to supplement daily.
