Bit of a lesson to remember as we weave our way between the different energies in this world.

What am I taking on and is it mine?
Is it the truth as I see it through my own lens and experience?
Is this how I feel independently of others opinions and stories?

Only this matters.

We have the power to not live in a world of hate and loyalty towards one or another's "side" in a battle that is not ours.

We have the power to remove ourselves entirely from serving anything, or being drawn into anything that is not ours.

We have the power to not be used as weapons to make other people feel bad. We can choose to stay out of it.

We have the power to choose acceptance that we do not know the truth, or the bigger picture, of a matter we are not involved in.

We have the power to choose how to react to a situation, or to a person deliberately triggering our emotions for the response they want from us.

The list could go on, stay in your power people!
