Momentum Art & Wellness Momentum Art & Wellness was founded on a simple belief: that everyone deserves to feel safe, connected, and energised.

We are a Canterbury-based organisation dedicated to making evidence-informed wellbeing practices accessible to all. Our approach is grounded in science and guided by heart. We draw on principles from psychology and restorative practices to create sessions that are both effective and welcoming. We believe that wellbeing is for every body, and we are committed to providing options and creating an environment where all participants feel seen, respected, and supported.
