How is everyone ? I hope your all doing really really well 💕 hope everyone is keeping warm, dry and also staying motivated!?... I know it can be difficult at times with this cold season we're in 🥶 so M.R.M has been extremely quiet lately guys and it's partly because we have been away in a different town for the last couple of weeks due to family reasons BUT we are back and we are ready to go again with massages ! Well I hope everyone is getting prepared for the cold weather that's slowly making its way over! 🥶 with that being said it's hard to keep motivated and warm sometimes, then the muscles will start to stiffen up and cause pain in areas that are not nice. SO that's where I come in 😁 I can offer a nice relaxation and deep tissue massage to loosen up those horrible pains in the back 👌Come on over and book with Mel. Also guys! I did something different today and something I wouldn't usually do! I WENT FOR A MASSAGE 💆‍♀️ it was absolutely amazing that I rebooked another appointment 🤭 after my massage I decided to go home and run me a nice hot bubble bath at 3:30 in the afternoon😳 Something I definitely wouldn't usually do! I must have needed this little selfcare because I feel so relaxed and amazing. Remember people, you are important and self care should definitely be a priority, even if it throws your day off a little bit 😉🥰
