IMPORTANT NOTICE

Hi everyone, just a little reminder with only having 6 weeks left of work before maternity leave -there is no longer anymore wriggle room for rescheduling.
Therefore, if you cannot make your appointment, we will unfortunately have to cancel until I return to work as I am at my full capacity whilst heavily pregnant, amongst midwife and hospital visits 😅

If you’ve ever stepped through the doors of my studio, trusted me with your care, referred a friend, shared a kind word, brought a product I've made or supported this journey in any way… thank you.
Truly.
This little wellness space has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined! not just a spa, but a safe place for healing, growth, and connection.

While I won’t be able to take on any new clients or appointments right now, this page will still be very much alive. I’ll continue to share wellness inspiration, personal thoughts, helpful tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and glimpses into what’s happening inside the studio. My hope is that it continues to feel like a space where you’re seen, supported, and inspired whether you have an appointment on the calendar or not and to be some place you can reach out to if needed.

If anything shifts with the schedule (because life happens), I’ll always share updates here first. So, if you’re hoping to work with me one day, stay connected. You never know what’s ahead. I have so many exciting things going on in the background that we are aiming towards for Sol Studio!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of this journey. I see you, I appreciate you, and I’m so honored to do this work.
