🍎As Dr. Monika has eloquently stated a simple apple can indeed have so many multiple benefits.
For those who experience gas or bloating when eating a raw apple can try a stewed apple recipe, as a breakfast option or Suhoor option this Ramadan.

Stewed Apples are not only extremely delicious but can ignite your digestive fires when taken in the morning.
Breakfast Stewed Apples ( serves 1 person)
2 meduim organic/ (washed well) apples
Few black raisins soaked overnight ( optional)
Few dried Apricots soaked overnight ( sulpher free) ( optional)
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon/ a stick of ceylon cinnamon
3 cloves
Water
Directions- Peel the skin of the apples, dice them into bite size pieces. Dice the apricots. In a sauce pan mix all the ingredients, add just enough water to stew the fruits- 1/2 cup. Cover and simmer on low heat until soft.
Serve warm, enjoy and let your tummy thank you. - Optional - You may serve the stewed apples with a dash of almond butter.
