"But isn't my child too young to go to therapy?" - is one of the most common questions I receive from parents.

To which I always respond - Why wait for your child to struggle before you decide to bring them into therapy? INSTEAD give them the opportunity to learn in advance how to best manage their emotions, teach them young how to set boundaries, how to respond to potential triggers. Most importantly, guide them to believe that their emotions are valid and that they have unlimited access to mental health resources. ✨
