1. 20 Major Traditional Hatha Yoga Asana with all Super modification and Technique includes All categories of Asana ( BackBend, Twist, Hip, Arm, Shoulder etc. )
2. Basic Information and Introduction of Yoga, Asana ( Meaning, Types, Forms, Categories, Level etc.
3. Basic Introduction about Pranayama, Bandha , shatkarma including Theory and Practical.
4. Special Topic On Teaching Methodology, Qualities of Yoga Teacher.
5. Different forms of classes with Practical and Practice Basis including Different Forms of Hatha ( beginner, Intermediate )
6. Different Concept basis Classes ( Back bend, Hip Opening, Arm balance etc.
7. special Topic on Sun Salutation with complete details.

‏‎لقد وهبنا الله هبة الحياة. ولاكن الأمر متروك لنا لنعطي أنفسنا هدية العيش بشكل جيد والحفاظ بأمانته.

على سبيل المثال:

البدن: فلا يُدخل عليه ما يُؤذيه، ولا يُدخل عليه إلا المقدار المناسب له من الطعام.
والحفاظ على لياقته عن طريق أسلوب حياة نشطة.

الروح و النفس: الحفاظ عليها بابتعاد عن ما حرمه الله و الآثام. عن طريق الاعتدال و التوسط و أيضا أهمها العبادة و التامل

العقل: عن طريق كسب العلم و ممارسة التأمل. فالممارسة التامل تأثير إيجابي على العقل ونشاط الدماغ، فخلال التأمل يتم إنشاء حالة ذهنية أخرى إذ تبدأ عمليات مختلفة تماما في الدماغ، مما يشير إلى أنه يمكن باستخدام هذه التقنية ضمان تحسين أداء العقل.
