This Split Workshop is a thoughtfully designed, split-focused training session created to help you work towards your splits safely, intelligently, and sustainably 💚
In this workshop, we will break down the anatomy behind the splits 🧠🦵 and help you understand which muscles are involved, how they function, and why simply “stretching harder” is not the answer 🙅♀️
You will learn how to combine targeted strengthening 💪 and effective stretching 🤍 to support flexibility without strain or injury.
The class will guide you through specific exercises that will: • 🛡️ Prepare the body safely for splits
• 💪 Strengthen key muscles for control and stability
• 🤍 Stretch the exact muscles needed for deeper range of motion
• 🔄 Improve mobility while protecting joints and ligaments
This workshop is designed not just as a one-time class, but as a journey ✨
You will receive a structured home practice plan (homework) 📝, allowing you to track real progress—from before the workshop 📸, after the session, and through consistent practice at home 🏡
To keep you motivated and supported, we will also create a community follow-up group 🤍🤍, where participants can share progress, ask questions, and celebrate each milestone together 🌱
