Switchfoot Surf School Switchfoot surf School is located in California and Bocas Del Toro, Panama. We offer surf lessons for all levels, surf excursions, tours and retreats.

Welcome to the SURF'SUP Surf School page. We operate surf lessons out of Red Frog Beach in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. We offer daily trips to many of the surrounding beaches and breaks including Bluff Beach, Paunch, Black Rock and Long Beach. Our instructors are certified in CPR and water safety. We teach surfing for all skill levels and have a videographer who will capture the incredible moments. We

host surf and yoga retreats and have accommodations including rooms and transportation. Spend a pre-session warm up with Soyela's surf yoga flow and then hit the water to one of the amazing world class waves.
