In 2011, I decided to take a “hiatus from life as usual” and go on an adventure to the beautiful island of Isla Colon in Bocas del Toro, Panama. This journey has taught me the importance of removing stress from my daily life in order to live a more healthful life. And now I have one wish, and that is for everyone who comes in contact with me to ask me how they too can began to live their life to its fullest. So, welcome to my life and I truly hope that something, somewhere, along this journey will inspire you to make that first step towards “living your life to the fullest” and prompt you to “Renew, Refocus and Re-energize”
