After lunch, we’ll wander through the El Valle Market, a feast for all the senses — colorful produce, handmade crafts, and tropical blooms at every corner.

Lookout Point Hike + Waterfall Adventure
Only *45 minutes from Tocumen* lies a hidden gem many people in Panama don’t even know exists… *Cerro Azul*.

Think cooler mountain air, rolling hills, river streams, wildlife, and views for days. This is your perfect city escape.

If you skipped this weekend on the … this post might sting a little.

Because while some people were scrolling, we were deep inside one of Panamá’s most underrated treasures: , the Smithsonian Science Institute’s discovery center extraordinaire.

We met sloths.
Some asleep. Some… let’s call it ambitiously mobile 🦥😜
We spotted tropical frogs, including endangered species and the iconic Panama Golden Frog. (Critically endangered)!
We locked eyes with pajama sharks, puffer fish, starfish, freshwater turtles, and wandered through a 270° uninterrupted view of the Panama Canal like it was our private balcony.

And just when we thought the day couldn’t layer any more magic…
✨ Brown pelicans showed up, in season, on cue, delivering a full aerial performance like professionals.
🦋 We floated through the butterfly dome.
🐜 Learned about the genius symbiotic relationship of leaf-cutter ants and what those leaves are really for.
🦎 Spotted iguanas living their best prehistoric lives.
🎥 Watched a short film that reminds you exactly why Panamá is one of the most biodiverse places on Earth.

Then… because this is how we do community:
We shared a long, delicious meal at , welcomed new faces, caught up with old friends, and celebrated , who’s about to attempt a for being the oldest person to travel the world by motorbike 🏍️🌍
