Casco Yoga is a boutique yoga studio in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama. We are dedicated to bringing the beautiful art of yoga, pilates, tai chi and dance to the residents of our neighbourhood and anyone passing through. Our professional team offers personal and intimate English taught classes of maximum 15 students. We believe that having a practice in your routine can benefit your life immensely. Please bring a towel to class and arrive 10 minutes before the class starts, in which you can purchase your class, change clothes and enjoy some water or tea.

Experience a transformative yin yoga session, enhanced by the power of sound healing, where you will be guided through the yin poses, accompanied by soothing sounds and gentle vibrations created by ethnic and healing instruments. This carefully crafted atmosphere is designed to facilitate a profound connection with your inner being, allowing you to cultivate a sense of harmony and inner peace.

The first hour of class will be purely Yin Yoga guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation, followed by 30 minutes with Kata accompanying the gentle practice with live music and sound healing.

The studio is indoors with wooden floors and we will use airconditioning for this workshop.

Location is at the Casco High School in Casco Viejo.

The Workshop is 90 minutes and price is $30 for members and $35 for non-members of Casco Yoga.
