Tomorrow Tuesday February 20, 2024 at 2pm I am leading a class at eZential Wellness Studio in Branchburg NJ. We will use a chair to help us with our balance poses, then as a prop when we go to the mat. Lots of concious breathing opportunities and gentle streches to stimulate our joints and muscles.
