El jabón que utilizamos para lavarnos las manos por 20 segundos destruye al virus. Hay que hacerlo con frecuencia.
El uso de enjuague bucal por 30 segundos con agua oxigenada al 1.5 deluida en agua al 50% disminuye momentáneamente la carga viral. Se recomienda tres veces al dia después de cada cepillado dental .
A continuacion imágenes de enjuagues con cloruro de cetilpiridino que tambien disminuyen momentáneamente la carga viral. Tambien se utilizan tres veces al dia despues se cada cepillada de dientes , lengua y uso de hilo dental .
