🔸 Bandhas workshop & Transitions of the Primary Series
This workshop will be a refined and detailed exploration of the Primary Series, with a specific focus on both the inner work of the bandhas and the practical application within key transitions.
We will explore in depth the transitions following Utkatasana and Virabhadrasana, as well as the foundational movements on the floor, including Jump Through and Jump Back.
We will also break down and understand the transitions within Navasana, as well as those of Bhujapidasana, Supta Kurmasana, and Chakrasana.
Each transition will be approached progressively, allowing every practitioner to develop clarity, precision, and confidence in their own process.
Alongside this, we will cultivate a deeper and more refined awareness of Uddiyana Bandha and Mula Bandha — not as abstract concepts, but as tangible internal actions that can be directly perceived and embodied.
Through this work, each participant will have the opportunity to experience the true meaning of bandha activation, and how to integrate it into their personal practice.
From this integration, a new quality of movement can emerge — one that is not driven by effort alone, but supported by subtle internal connections.
An energy that allows the practice to become both grounded and light at the same time, creating a sense of fluidity, stability, and continuity throughout the sequence.

🔸 Prana & Pranayama - The third limb of Ashtanga Yoga
In this workshop, we will explore Pranayama through both a theoretical and a technical lens, creating a clear understanding of how prana moves within the different phases of the breath.
We will take time to examine the structure of the breath — inhalation, exhalation, and retention — and how awareness within these phases can transform the quality of our practice.
Particular attention will be given to the relationship between breath and the energetic activation of bandha, understanding how these elements work together to support a deeper internal experience.
This exploration will allow practitioners to move beyond a mechanical approach to breathing, and begin to experience pranayama as a subtle and transformative process.
The workshop will then guide participants into the practice of selected pranayama techniques, rooted in the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga, offering tools that can be integrated into one’s personal practice with clarity and stability.
