In our daily operations, we focus on the importance of taking care of every detail when it comes to hydrobiological products such as fresh imported salmon.

Thanks to our exclusive access to Jorge Chávez International Airport, we ensure a fast and
direct transit, only 5 minutes from the aircraft unloading to our cold storage rooms, without exposing the cargo to temperature changes.

Our team oversees each step of the process:
✅ Thermal blankets to protect the cargo upon arrival
✅ Ramp priority for quick transfer
✅ Cold storage between -1 °C and 1 °C, meeting the highest food safety standards
✅ Support for national authorities during quality inspections

We are committed to preserving the cold chain, and therefore safeguard the nutritional value of imported salmon, rich in omega-3, vitamins A, D, E, B complex, and essential minerals such as phosphorus and selenium.

The first quarter of the year has just ended and our cold rooms have received, stored and dispatched a wide variety of fresh Peruvian products for export, such as high quality fruits and vegetables, ready to reach thousands of homes around the world.

With great pride, we share that as of April 2025, we have begun providing cargo handling services to DHL through our air cargo terminal at Jorge Chávez International Airport, at our Lima, Peru station.

This strengthens our commercial partnership with the airline, to whom we have been providing ramp handling services since December 2024, and highlights the efficiency, speed, and tailored solutions we offer as a strategic ally in the aviation industry.

Through close coordination between our terminal and ramp teams, we have improved import cargo dispatch times for DHL Express, ensuring a smooth, secure, and efficient operation, all under strict compliance with international standards.

Yesterday, we had the honor of handling our first export of poults from our warehouse in Lima to Ecuador, their final destination, an operation we managed with professionalism and efficiency.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts of SAASA, the airline, and SENASA, the cargo was received, stored, and dispatched in record time.

📦 16,320 poults, with a total weight of 1,175 kg, were received in just 20 minutes.
🔬 The SENASA inspection took only 34 minutes, thanks to the advantage of having their office located within our facilities.
📑 The entire process, from reception to the issuance of the animal health certificate and final dispatch, was completed in just 1 hour and 22 minutes.

We were able to carry out this operation efficiently thanks to our modern infrastructure, agile coordination, certified processes, and the support of the sanitary authority on-site.
