I've just completed a Monroe Institute course on 'Lucid Dreaming and Out of the Body Experiences'. Monroe use Hemi-Sync and binaural sound that induces deep theta and delta states. Mother Ayahuasca was there and I now better understand why she told me that meditation can take you deeper (higher?) than the plants, those that have read the second edition of my book will understand that, those that have not read it - why not? She showed me the bigger picture and how to open more of your DNA everyone can do it. I was told directly mine had been opened and another on the course was told to also tell me. What a wonderful journey we are on and things are changing and the rate of change is accelerating.

I have just complete a Dr Joe Dispenza Advanced 7 day Workshop. It was amazing and I recommend his book, 'Becoming Supernatural', (but read mine first), that led me to do the workshop. The workshop focuses on activation of the pineal gland through meditation. Dr Joe puts the science (Quantum and Neuro) into mystical experiences. He supports and supplements all Mother Ayahuasca's has taught me. Highly recommended.
