Oggi il parto viene spesso vissuto con tanta pressione.
Fare le scelte giuste. Prepararsi nel modo giusto.
Leggere, informarsi, capire tutto e finire per sentirsi più nella testa che nel corpo.

In questa masterclass parleremo del parto come rito di passaggio, non come qualcosa da performare, ma da attraversare con più consapevolezza.
Porterò una prospettiva radicata nella parteria tradizionale e nella visione andina,
dove il corpo non è qualcosa da controllare, ma un sistema intelligente da ascoltare.

Parleremo anche della paura: non come qualcosa da eliminare, ma da comprendere e rieducare.
La paura può diventare una guida, aiutarti a vedere dove c’è bisogno di più supporto, equilibrio e preparazione reale.

Condividerò strumenti concreti per lavorare con il sistema nervoso, per aiutarti a sentirti più nel corpo, più presente e consapevole non solo mentale.
Per non vivere la gravidanza come qualcosa che “ti succede”, ma come un processo a cui partecipi attivamente.

Questa masterclass è per donne in gravidanza
e per professioniste della nascita che vogliono ampliare il loro sguardo e aprirsi a prospettive più ampie, anche a livello internazionale.

🍃𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶?

The first months of 2026 haven’t been loud.
They’ve been layered.
Movement.
Study.
Ritual.
Space holding.
And quietly,
I have been walking through moments of gentle grief
and a raw re-discovery of my humanness.
Rest by the ocean.
This is the part you don’t always see.
Before I hold a birth
or guide a path,
I hold myself steady.
Before I guide a woman or a couple,
I keep walking my own.
Service is one way of embodying what I teach.
Coherence matters deeply to me.

This year has already reminded me:
to protect time with family and close friends.
To value small joys and details.
To reconnect with meaningful hobbies.
that planning creates freedom.
that if I cannot express how I need support, I am probably not well.
That boredom is fertile ground for creativity.
And that my work is not separate from my personal life - it is a reflection of my deepest presence.

🌙 𝗥𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗟, 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡? ✨

🤰 Pregnancy opens a very delicate space.
Many women feel more sensitive - emotionally and physically - and that sensitivity is not weakness. It’s the body asking for presence, for understanding and direction.

🤎 To hold space for a pregnant woman is not only about giving advice or trying to fix things. It’s about being there: listening 👂, offering warmth 🤲, making her feel safe in her own process.

🌱 This is also a time of deep transformation. The baby is growing, yes, but the woman herself is being reborn into motherhood. And she deserves to be held in that passage.

💫 Partners, friends, doulas - we all have a role here. Sometimes the most powerful support is simply to witness 👀, breathe together 🌬️, and honour the changes that are unfolding.

✨ Holding space is, at its core, an act of love. 🤍

🌿 Personally, I love to witness these rites of passage. They remind me how powerful it is to weave tradition and ancestry with modernity and science. When a woman finds her inner balance in this process, she radiates a strong light ✨ and knows exactly where to stand.

📌My sessions — whether focused on Andean coaching or doula care — are designed to support you in a grounded and consistent way. Each session is a living bridge between ancient wisdom and daily modern life. We begin by arriving - with breath, somatic movement, and presence. Sometimes we invoke the elements, set up an Andean altar, and open the four directions of perception. From there, we listen. We explore.

We organize the inner dialogue, and let the body speak.
My work blends Andean traditional principles, conscious movement, and embodied coaching.
Together, we create space to understand your 𝗣𝗛𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗬 as an 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 — emotional, cyclical, spiritual.
It’s not about fixing — it’s about 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚.

💊 Another from the Andes.
These ancient foods have supported women’s cycles in the Andes for centuries - long before modern wellness trends discovered them. Living here has taught me that ancestral wisdom often holds the most powerful solutions 🏔️ While we search for complex remedies, indigenous communities have been using these simple foods as medicine for generations.

Here are 3 of my allies 👇

🥔 𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗔 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗧 - An adaptogenic powerhouse from the high Andes. Naturally balances hormones and reduces cramping while boosting energy. I add 1 tsp to my morning smoothie or coffee ☕

🌾 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗔 - Rich in iron, magnesium and protein. Perfect for replenishing nutrients lost during bleeding and stabilizing mood. Not just trendy - it’s medicine here!

✨ 𝗞𝗜𝗪𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗔 (𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗛) - The Incas called this “golden grain” for good reason. Its bioavailable iron prevents anemia and anti-inflammatory properties ease cramps. Beautiful as morning porridge or toasted topper.

What strikes me most is how these aren’t “discoveries” - they’re forgotten knowledge 📚 Indigenous women have always understood food as medicine, using what grows naturally around them to support their bodies.

Throughout my life, movement has been my foundation for health and well-being. It’s served as therapy and a pathway for personal growth. During my pregnancy, my acro practice became my anchor, providing stability in so many ways. Each morning, I dedicated an hour to yoga and an hour to training, adapting my routine to honor the changes in my body.
