2 hour sessions catered to your needs that may involve hands on work similar to Reiki, breathwork, and transmissions of Icaro

🌿 Private Ayahuasca Ceremony (1-1 and Couples Only):

A 2 day container including an 8ish hour Ayahuasca Ceremony, accommodation, breakfast, a half day of focused integration work, and 2 integration coaching calls. Icaro and Music are recorded to revisit if desired.

🌹🍫 Cacao and/Rose Ceremonies (1-1, Couples, and groups up to 6):

4-5 hour ceremonies guided in an intuitive flow, which may include guided mediation, Icaro transmissions, energetic work, breathwork, movement/dance, and sharing of practices and tools for emotional alchemy and self healing. Music is recorded to revisit if desired.

🙌 Reiki Training (Usui Reiki Levels I, II, III, and combined I/II):

3-4 full days depending on level, and continued support in the following months as you practice. Each level includes a Cacao Ceremony on the day of the attunement, a manual, and certificate.

An intensive immersion with Rose and/or Cacao, spending 24/7 in a dedicated ceremonial space with these medicines, in isolation from people and technology, and on a very restrictive food diet. Generally this involves 2 ceremonial doses of medicines per day, and a variety of direct support as guided through shared ceremony spaces, plant baths, many hours of Icaro transmissions, Ayahuasca ceremonies if needed/desired, limpiezas/energetic cleansings, food, accommodation and 6 coaching calls for preparation and integration. Airport pickup and dropoff included. I am present 24/7 to support you in this space. Time periods of 1-3 weeks.

Completely customizable retreat package including any combination of the work I share, and options of bodywork, San Pedro Ceremonies, and Kambo Ceremonies on site with other trusted facilitators. Visits to hot springs and sacred sites in Peru can be added upon request. Airport pick up and drop off included. Preparation and Integration Coaching included depending on length and involvement. Medicine Musings “Aligning with your Truth”

One of the most profound overall healing processes I have experienced with plants medicines has been discovering my truth and coming into greater alignment with it, which I feel is an ongoing process.

In following up with the last sharing, embodying my truth has been the key to stepping into more of the potential of my life and the work that I share.

But how to discern truth from the antics of the mind? One exercise has been immensely helpful!

If you sit down for 10 minutes and write every thought that arises in this time, tune into your body as you write, or as you read it afterward.

Which of these thoughts create a feeling of tension and contraction in your body? Which create a feeling of opening and expansion? The latter I have found comprise my personal truth and the perception of my spirit. The thoughts that create tension I have generally found to be that of my mind--its conditioning, trauma, judgment, unserving belief patterns…

And at times I realize these charges are not even mine-- judgments of those close to me or someone I interacted with that I temporarily identified with as my truth, or something from society I identified with through an article, social media, or an experience I’ve had in the past

Divine inspiration, in my experience, seems to come spontaneously. I often feel a surge of energy shoot up or down my spine, or in my heart. When this sudden insight comes in the form of an action to take, it is common for the doubts, fears, and insecurities of my mind to tell me that what I received is untrue, I can’t do it, something bad will happen if I follow through, or otherwise somehow discourage me from accepting or implementing it. This chatter is usually accompanied by a contraction in my body, and this is how I remind myself of where it is coming from.

I have learned over time to honor the precious ego that jumps in to do its job of protecting me from the unknown, to give it the space to express itself, but from a place of compassionately witnessing it and a recognition that it is untrue. When my ego is approached with this compassion, it tends to soften and reveal the underlying pain, belief, or trauma that is connected to it so that it can be felt and transformed.

As I find the courage to act upon the guidance I receive in this way, and meet it with gratitude, it results in entering a flow of receiving more of it. As I see the results that come from taking aligned action in this way, my trust grows, and the activity of my ego becomes more quiet.

I believe our connection to spirit/God/higher self or whatever you choose to call it, is there in every moment and constantly speaking to us when we are open to listen and receive it. As you learn your truth, and you live and interact with the world from this place, you will always know which people to connect with or actions to take that are in alignment with it. In doing so, I feel that I enter a state of flow of the path of least resistance that represents my spirit and its highest expression. This is when things become effortless in my life, and there is a constant stream of synchronous encounters and experiences.

At some point, my mind steps in and the flow becomes disrupted for some time, and over time this is how I have learned discernment. Suddenly my external life begins reflecting this thought back to me, something will go “wrong” or things become chaotic. As I write this in my notebook while sitting at a nearby river, this is being reflected to me through the sky. When the words I am writing come from my truth, it feels effortless and the sun immediately comes out. As a thought arises, such as a fear of someone judging my sharing, a cloud immediately moves in front of the sun. I’ve been observing this phenomenon for the last 10 minutes! This is one example of what I mean when I use the word synchronicity.

Living in alignment with my truth has been difficult, because it is completely unique to me. It is unlikely that my truth will match anyone else’s, or be fully understood in the same way by another person. This can cause self doubt and questioning if it is valid because no one else thinks or lives the way I do, and most of us are conditioned in childhood to fit into the frame of reference of someone else, or a universal standard specific to the society we are a part of.

In my case, I have never met another person that holds space in the way I do, does the ritual work that I do, or approaches plant medicines in the same way I do. Before I really began to embody my truth in these areas, I often questioned myself and my work because it was unlike anyone else, and therefore part of me felt that something was inherently “wrong” with it. But the way I learned to do these things came directly from the plants and spirit, and I learned this is my magic and medicine, and every single person has that within them in their own unique way. The more I have learned to step into my unique connection and work, the more I attract people to my work that are in the perfect place and energetic alignment for what I share.

If you believe each one of us are an individuated expression of the divine, your way of experiencing and perceiving reality will never completely match another person’s, and to me this is one thing that makes humans so beautiful.

I also feel we are all reflections of and for eachother. Parts of my truth will resonate with you as truth, and as I read the sharings of others, vice versa.

For me this resonance comes as a tangible sudden surge of energy in my body, or a glowing feeling, and connects me to an aspect of my truth that I had not accessed before. This is how I have learned to discern which healers and teachers are in alignment with me, as well as which clients are aligned to work with me.

Medicine Musings

I feel renewed, super-powered, inspired and in deep, deep gratitude for Rose and plant medicines in general after a little over 3 week Dieta with Sage, Rose, and Cacao. It always leaves me in awe, the level of healing and transformation that can take place in such a short period of time when you fully commit yourself and surrender to the process.
I feel inspired to do a 30 days of sharing challenge, but focused specifically on the colective processes and teachings that have come through my own work with plant medicine, for my own deeper integration through finding the words, to show those curious about this kind of work what it can be like, and for inspiration and reflection! Some will be heavy, some will be light, some will be processing, and many sharings of golden nuggets of wisdom about life that have been given to me over time, that are finally integrated enough to find words for.

Each time I undergo a dieta, I am given exactly what I need to know and do to address any issue I am experiencing in my life. The challenge comes in following through on the guidance received and applying the teachings every day. In so many previous dietas, I went through agonizing pain, both physically and emotionally, as my trauma unraveled, and questioned my sanity many times as my mind and belief systems were completely dismantled by the plants.

This dieta was very little processing, and this processing was mostly centered around holding myself and allowing myself to be held by the plants as I released built up fear and trauma in my body over the last 8 years of medicine work when brujeria and other very dark forms of density were present in my process (more on this later in this post).

Most of this dieta was a pure loving communion with Rose where I was told its truly OK to allow myself to open and soften into the joy and expansion that has come from the other side of my healing process as a whole.

That it is not arrogant or coming from my ego to fully acknowledge the progress I have made in my personal life and the work I have done to get to where I am now.

A process of claiming the power I currently hold as a channel in gratitude and humility, knowing I am simply a vessel for spirit and the plants to speak, sing, heal, and move though. Claiming the power and potential of the space that I hold for others processes of shedding and transformation, and making a shift to a pure desire to be of service to humanity.

These things came largely from holding myself and being held by the plants in the process of about 72 hours straight of intense trauma arising in my mind, body, and nervous system, mostly from the 6 years of being impacted by brujeria (witchcraft). I have never publicly shared the full extent of what this actually was and what it looked like, and feel its time in my own process for it to be heard.

Memories of utterly terrifying Ayahuasca Ceremonies being immersed in the absolute hell that is the dark side of plant shamanism, constant psychic attacks during and between ceremonies, countless sleepless nights, intense hypervigilence, so many memories of feeling completely hopeless, helpless, and powerless in the face of the dark energy that was purging from my body in all of the dietas I did when this was present....and hopeless that no one seemed to be able to actually help me (kudos to Reshin Nika at Garden of Peace, who was finally able to get it to a point where I could finish the process on my own).

Memories of the horrendous pain of a tumor the size of an orange that manifested on my o***y as a result of the attack. Memories of feeling like my mind was under control, with nonstop negative thoughts and the relentless envisioning conversations of conflict with other people for many hours a day.

And most strongly, the memory of my maestro leaving for a week at the beginning of the most intense part of my Ayahuma dieta, where he literally told me that I was going to die from the energy that was clearing if I did not find my power and my will to live before going to see his family. I was vommiting blood and foam outside of ceremony, didn't sleep for a week straight, was under constant attack, couldn't eat, and was in physical pain so intense that it made me vomit and lie paralyzed for hours at a time.

All of these memories and more flooded my mind and nervous system to be felt and acknowledged, and Rose held me gently through the process, guiding me back to a feeling of safety and trust, helping me to dismantle the belief that what I went through was the fault of the medicines and not the person using them for harm, and helping me to repair my relationship with Ayahuasca and reconnect to the unconditionally loving, motherly spirit that she is.

On the other side, there is so much intense energy and love flooding through my body that wants to be outwardly expressed and shared, and this 30 days of sharing is one way she guided me to do this--freely, openly, and for the sheer joy of it without attachment to who receives it or how. She challenged me as a part of this sharing to tune into the words being shared around her teachings and include a channeled transmission with each post as a still video, as a gift from me to connect with her frequency and listen to anything she has to share with you personally through the sounds. This one is just a general sharing of her spirit, you may have to turn it down as its very loud for some reason, and I will work out the tech bugs as I go.
