🌹💔🌹Here is How to Do Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend) —
🧘♀️ How to Do:
1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
2. Inhale and lengthen your spine.
3. Exhale and slowly fold forward from your hips (not the waist).
4. Keep your knees slightly soft or straight—whatever feels safe.
5. Let your head and neck relax down.
6. Place hands on the floor, blocks, or shins (as in your image).
7. Hold for a few breaths, keeping the back of the legs long.
8. Come up slowly while inhaling, protecting your lower back.
