PANQUEQUES INTGRALES CON FRUTOS ROJOS

INGREDIENTES:
1 huevo
1 tz. harina integral
2 cda. germen de trigo
1/3 tz. leche descremada
1 tz. yogur natural de dieta
1/2 cda. polvo de hornear
1/4 cdta. bicarbonato
1 cdta. ralladura de naranja
1/8 cdta. sal
2 tz. fresas en cuartos
4 cda. miel de abeja tibia
aceite en spray

PREPARACIÓN:
1.- Bata el huevo y mezcle con la harina, el germen de trigo, la leche, el yogur, el polvo para hornear, el bicarbonato, la ralladura de naranja y la sal. Deje reposar a temperatura ambiente durante 10 minutos.
2.- Ponga un poco de aceite en spray en una sartén y caliente a fuego medio. Vierta un cuarto de taza de la preparación anterior en la sartén y cocine durante tres minutos por cada lado. Sirva tres panqueques en cada plato junto con media taza de fresas (frutos rojos) y una cucharada de miel.
3.- Acompañe con media taza de leche descremada o un café con leche descremada.
