Alto consumo de alcohol asociado a glaucoma pseudoexfoliativo
                                        Alcohol consumption associated with a higher risk of exfoliation glaucoma in health professionals.
 
Long-term alcohol consumption was associated with a higher risk of XFG among health professionals according to a recent study published in the journal Ophthalmology.
According to the authors of the study, cumulative risk of XFG was significantly higher in health professionals having alcohol intake (beer, wine ,liquor) of 4 years before diagnosis.
