Another epic group of humans just finished the Level 1 here in Guatemala. Celebrating the amazing, beautiful journey we’ve been on all together.

ISTA Guatemala Level 1 2025 ✨🔥
Celebrating a beautiful week witnessing these amazing participants embrace their truth, vulnerability, and deepen their capacity for self-love. It’s always humbling to witness transformation in real-time, to see people shed layers of conditioning and step more fully into who they truly are.
There’s a magic to witnessing not just individual breakthroughs but the collective alchemy that happens when a group dares to be seen, held, and met in authenticity. Learning to honor personal boundaries, hold space for tenderness, and trust in one’s own process. And as each person finds more presence within themselves, the energy in the room shifts. Walls come down, voices grow stronger, hearts open.
As a community, we rise. One moment of truth at a time. Each breath of presence. Courageous step by step into love.
Endless gratitude to my incredible co-facilitators Nimai & Federica ( .official ) it’s an honor to walk this path with you. 🙏Your wisdom and presence made this journey effortless and profound. To Shadi/Terra who weaves organizational magic with such grace. And to our incredible team of assistants—you were the pillars of this space, and we could not have done it without your dedication, presence, and care.

Celebrating ISTA in Panama for the first time with these amazing humans! Such an honour to collaborate with Elias David EL and facilitate next to Diana Prem Shakti and Karam Duc Minh in a brand new gorgeous retreat centre alongside two of its space holders (Molly Strong and Sol). To do this work at a retreat with deep heart alignment of purpose for transformational work is one of the biggest joys I can have as a facilitator. Congratulations to all the participants for all the life force you reclaimed by journeying deep into and through your pain and power. No matter what has happened the human spirit is a wellspring for healing and wholeness available to those courageous enough to step away from the limiting cultural programs that attempt to keep us enslaved to our fears. Feeling honoured to be a part of the .community and to help vibrate these teachings at this time on the planet. We were held in a stunning giant dome deep in the jungle and received incredible cusine and service at this luxury venue of ! Something special is happening here 😍 and I’m sure I’ll return. Thank you to our team of loving assistants for all your service. We love you! ISTA - International School of Temple Arts
