Leaving the Sacred Valley and headed to the jungle with my heart so full. There is something about the mountains here that really support my creativity & alignment.

Feeling so grateful for this time with what a blessing to have a sister on this path with aligned values. I am so happy for this dream come true experience!

Despite all of the beauty, preparing for another jungle experience can bring up so much. I’m finding myself already connecting to the medicines, going through emotional purges, and feeling very energetically raw.

The medicines don’t work on a linear timeline & I have been really connecting to the ways that all of my experiences are weaving together. This pre-integration time has been so precious and I will hold it in my heart forever.

I am ready to step into the next chapter of my life, feeling so blessed for the path I’ve walked so far.

Fall dump because I haven’t posted in a while 🙃

This fall I have given myself some time & space from social media. Focusing on myself as I find myself in another big awakening on this journey of life.

I’ve been having a lot of fun integrating all of the things that I love with my spiritual path.

Pics are from all over New England, Minnesota, New York & of course lots from Maine. I’ve seen some incredible concerts/shows lately & went to my first anime rave. (It was heavenly, like all of my favorite things in one place)

Ive been writing new songs, giving my creative self a good outlet, dancing a lot, and falling in love with life again after recovering from my decade long chronic illness.

It’s been really beautiful but I also feel that it’s time to get back to work. I’m going to publicly challenge myself to post more, and to really bring you all into my journey.

I’ve been working for a while to turn Plant-Allied Recovery into a non-profit community driven organization. We have been having public meetings for a few months & the support I have gotten is amazing! The process is slow, but I’m loving the journey. I want to share more of it with all of you, so I will be posting updates this week.

Eternal gratitude for the brave souls that showed up for our medicine retreat this past weekend. This retreat was truly an answered prayer, and I am so proud of both the participants and the team for their hard work & dedication.

Huge thank you to my brother/teacher for holding the altar & joining us in Maine all the way from Colombia. Huge thank you to Juan Pablo’s teachers and the Siona people of Putomayo for their prayers during our ceremony.

Huge thank you to our dream team of facilitators. It made such a difference that we all had the opportunity to harmonize with this medicine in the jungle together in April, and the work we did there paved the way for this retreat. thank you so much for your presence, your integrity and your sisterhood! It has been such a blessing to walk this path with you, and I love you so so much! Isaac, thank you for your Fire keeping, your prayers and your presence. & of course .heals thank you for being my partner in life & on this path. I could not be the person I am without you.
