Desde que comencé a recibir atención en el Centro Quiropráctico Kay Pacha, he notado cambios increíbles, tanto físicos como emocionales y energéticos. Me siento más consciente y conectada con mi columna vertebral, pero en el buen sentido, no por dolor ni molestias. Siento una sensación de claridad y fluidez en mi cuerpo que antes no tenía, como si mi columna estuviera más recta y la energía pudiera circular con mayor libertad, incluso hasta la coronilla.

Aún tengo algo de tensión en los hombros, pero sinceramente estoy mejor que nunca en mi vida adulta. Después de varias sesiones, a menudo siento una sensación de hormigueo, relajación y fluidez que me baja por la espalda. Respiro con mayor libertad y diferentes partes de mi cuerpo que antes se sentían rígidas ahora se sienten más conectadas, más vivas y conectadas.

"The mainstream health paradigm looks at symptoms as bad and seeks to mask them and to numb them.

So when symptoms come up, we’re not taught to be curious.

We’re just really not taught how to tune in to that emotion, or to that feeling, or whatever the sensation is in our body.

So I think it’s about starting to retrain yourself as an adult.

And also if you have little ones, teaching them how to be with their body."
