âI wasnât trying to change my life⊠but it happened anywayâ
I wasnât trying to lose 10 kilos.
I just wanted to feel like myself again.
Less tired. Less bloated. More⊠alive.
Then I came across something called Keto Spark in a wellness group.
I didnât expect much â just decided to try it while keeping my usual routine.
